Demystifying Medicine - NIH Videocasts
NIH has interesting Demystifying Medicine lectures and during last couple of them they had patients (Schizophrenia and HIV) at the beginning of the lecture, which I find very useful. Usually, I watch the introductory parts of these lectures; it become very boring after a while when they start talking about genes, proteins and display different graphs. I usually start browsing the web and doing other stuff. I don't want to cut it out in case I miss an important part. However, having a patient at the beginning of a lecture puts a much needed social aspect to a health science. It's far from being NIH 2.0 as they don't have even a commenting system in place, but it's a welcome change nonetheless.
